Budget Inn

This is very possibly the cleanest budget motel I've ever stayed at. No complaints worth making, there is a mosquito problem outside, but that is part of nature and beyond the owners' control. The desk staff were very helpful. The rooms are like a VERY small Hampton Inn with absolutely all the non-essentials removed, no in-room coffee but they did have a microwave and a larger refrigerator than I expected. I failed to set the thermostat on the refrigerator and lost some food, but that was on me. The beds are extremely comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is fairly decent. The garbage bins are in back of the hotel, not out front, which was a little surprising, but not an issue. I will definitely return to this hotel the next time I'm in the area. There is also a very well-stocked 7-Eleven and a Waffle House within walking distance, everything you need. This is a nice place to stay.

I was just tired that day wasn't even planning on staying in Laurens but hey I'm glad I did it used to be a truck stop that I used to service in that area right beside it as a matter of fact I don't know what happened to it the structure was still there but the truck stop was not that's the whole reason I even got off that exit never paid attention to that little motel until now it was a great stay.

Recently remodeled. Staff is polite and will come to the service desk at any hour. Showers are a little small, rooms are really small, like really really small. But.....its clean, affordable and the a/c and cable and the appliances work properly. You'll have to turn refrigerator dial down and let it get cold cause they turn it up to save power. Kinda sucks cause ya never get your drinks cold if only staying one night. Overall I'd give it a 7 out of 10 for a night or two. 5 out of 10 of longer. Waffle House and the Interstate is less than .1mi away. A lot of questionable people use this motel for "nefarious" activities so lock your valuables in your room.

I checked in late...around 6pm with a reservation. Staff was promptly available, and accommodating. Room was exceptionally clean, no odors. Linens and washcloths/bath towels were clean and plentiful. Bed was comfortable, and everything in the room worked as it should. There was no alarm clock in the room, and I used my phone for that. I did not ask for a wakeup call. The motel was very quiet as well.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the property and the comfort. A little expensive in comparison to other hotels and especially for the location, but everywhere else was booked. There is a train that went by across the street several times during the night, but overall, I wanted to leave a fair review to reflect our thoughts about our stay and give others a chance to read an honest review!

The service was exceptional. They were very accommodating. What’s more is the rooms are very cleaned. I was very impressed. I will definitely use there services again if I’m ever in town. The bonus is the workers are very sweet, which is not surprising considering the owner is very warm and welcoming.

The room was very small. You open the door and almost fall into bed. But once the door is shut and you get situated. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Really enjoyed the atmosphere of the room. Prices were very reasonable. All 1st floor rooms, so no stairs. They're pet friendly. I always travel with my dog! There is a waffle house within walking distance, also a 7-11 gas station/convenience store. Many other shops and restaurants just a short drive into Laurens.

This little place has super clean rooms. Staff is friendly. I was a little surprised but extremely impressed. Great value.

Rooms were a lil small so consider only for two ppl max per room it was only two of us so I didn't have any issues

The owner was extremely helpful. I stayed on November 23, 2021. I checked in very late, but he did not mind checking me in. The room was nice and cozy. It was clean and sterile. I would definitely say here again.
